Water Leak

I have been getting water in the drivers side floor for a while now on my ’98 GMC. I finally broke down with the hose and found the leak. I’m getting water inside the door and somehow it is dripping out where the plastic/carpet door panel meets the metal door right under the speaker. The window felts look fine and the door drains are all open. It looks like the water is coming out of the door around the speaker. How the heck is this happing? Any thoughts guys?

do your seals look good around that door

there is actually a double seal around the top of the door

but honestly i don't see how water could get in there
