driver information center buttons not working 2015 silverado

Check all fuses in both fuse boxes.

I checked all 3 fuse boxes both sides and under hood. Tested all fuses with test light and all fuses were good . I have less than 30k miles. 

Radio volume and favorites buttons don't work and all buttons for DIC don't work, horn works and cruise works. I don't know what else to check so any help would be great.

I have done that and checked all fuses, all are ok.
