110 AC not working

Hey guys!

Thanks to whoever's reading this. I own a 2015 Chevy Silverado 4.3l (don't need much) 1500 WT, and when I bought it (about a year ago) the 110 AC outlet didn't work. I did the usual, checked fuse 35 on the passenger side, not blown, swapped it anyway, no chooch (if you watch Ave). I checked the harness and I don't see any connectors on the 35 block fuse. Does my truck come with an outlet and no inverter? Or am I dumb and have no idea what's wrong? Thanks!

Also- side note. When I took the fuse block out, behind there was a wire harness attached to the block, but a second harness not connected with only 2 wires in it (probably 18 gauge ish)... what could that be to (image)?

Welcome to the site.

There have been a few posts on her about this subject, with most of the problems being a bad inverter, which means it/plug needs to be replaced.

Not sure about the phantom plug, obliviously for an option that your truck did not come with.

Thank you! Will check for a short in the plug, and if no short, then change the inverter.

You are very welcome.

Good luck.
