I have a 2017 Silverado that is having wiper issues. When they are lifted off the windshield they work fine. Lay them down on the glass and they won’t turn. Tried Replacing the motor, and the top of the fuse box. The dealer has it now I give up. But only 2 yrs old? It’s out of warranty b/c of mileage.
