Service stabilitrak and power issues

So my issue started with my 2014 Chevy Silverado about 2 months after I bought my truck. I read some of the previous threads and has identical issues but mine seems to be worst.

Started with I accelerated on the gas. All the gauges and screens dimmed and undimmed, you hear the clicking- service stabilitrak light comes on and steering assist light comes on. Then I tried stepping on it- same thing but when it shifts into second gear it SLAMS it into gear. Later that drive I parked it and turned it off. Went to go start it back up- nothing, then I tried to jump it and tried disconnecting battery. Nothing happened then. Had to replace the whole battery.

A few days later I still get the screen dimming and undimming  all the time. Same issue again when I step on it. Service stabilitrak but no steering assist light. I park my truck- it won’t start no power what so ever. I disconnect the ground and reconnect and then it’ll start but all my settings are set back to factory. My temp gauge on my screen was reading 32 when it was like 90+ outside.

Parked my truck again a week later, after starting and restarting all day it randomly did it again and wouldn’t start. I noticed when I went to turn the key it had power and then steering wheel locked up and that was it. Disconnect battery and it was fine the rest of the day.

From then
