Front Driver Lean After RC 5” Bracket Lift

Installed a 5” RC Bracket lift in my truck with a friend a couple weeks ago and noticed that there was a front end lean a few days later. Took a tap measure to it and:

Driver Fender Height: 42 7/8”

Passenger Fender Height: 43 3/4”

The rear fenders measure close to 43 3/4”, so this leads me to believe the issue is with the driver side. The only difference I could visibly see was that we placed the cam plate the opposite orientation on the driver side, but I don’t believe that would be the problem. The spacers are the same size, I made sure of that. Tires are inflated. Any suggestions on what to look for will help.

Also a part 2 to this question, if I’m unable to determine what is causing the sag (could be a combination of several components), would installing a thin bottom strut spacer on the lower side only cause any problems (other than needing an alignment)? This would result in 1/2” of lift bringing the front much closer to level. The control arm angles are pretty close to stock (thanks to the drop brackets) so I’m thinking that could work without stressing anything. Am I missing something big here?

if it was a problem with the cam bolts they shouldve fixed it, when it was aligned.   that is weird it sits a little lower on that one side

I showed the shop that and they said it doesn’t affect ride height. May just throw the spacer in and move on
