2008 silverado seat heater issue

Hi guys. So I figured my seat heater, the part you sit on. Was no good as it would not turn on with the buttons. But the back portion worked fine.

 

Until today i remote started my truck and it was -1 outside. I get out there and  both parts of my seat are warm and the light for the lower portion is on..

 

Now is there a way to test that switch out? Or should i just replace it?
