Manual front seats to electrical

I recently replaced the old manual front seats to electric ones but electrics are not working. Wire is connected right theres power and everything but don't work. I have 2000 chevy silverado 1500 LS. The new seats are electric from 2003 chevy silverado 1500 LT. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Are you SURE the seats were working when they were pulled from the donor?

Yes! I used my power probe tool and they're working.

Diagnostic procedures:
Split the circuit and test each separately (Boolean algorithm)

1) provide independent power to the seat to confirm operation
2) probe the harness to see if power exists at the proper points

(My guess , ground is bad)

are you sure the pinouts match for both the vehicle harness and the seat harness?

Yes. Actually I bought both harness for the seats.

If you have power and ground to the two outside terminals of the plug and the seat wount move ,slackin off the four hold down fastners of the seat and then try it.
