06 Silverado very strange stall issue

I have a early 2007 not newer body style Chevy Silverado WT with V6 110,000 miles on it. Every time I go to drive my truck, without fail, it will start fine but after few seconds it will stall. If I leave it in park the idle drops significantly almost stalling but regains RPM and is fine from then on. After it stalls, it turns right over fires right back up with no issues from then on. Doesn't matter if engine is warm or cold. I have replaced the alternator with 160amp, TPS, fuel filter, evap system, plugs wires, air filter and more. I am stumped. I wonder has anyone come across the same issue?

Forgot to mention I also replaced the 130amp alternator with a 160amp

Yes for O2 sensor which I have changed.

.......Update.......
Turns out the problem was the battery. I started to have issue with sluggish start decided to replace battery and that resolved the issue....
