The description to be "automatic" is deceptive.  I was confused with this myself.

What it means is that if you "HOLD" the lock button on your remote, the mirrors will fold.  If you also "HOLD" the unlock button, they will unfold!

There is also a setting for automatic window control.  If you "HOLD" the unlock button a bit longer, all of the windows will also roll down.
