2018 Silverado dash and radio blackout

I have a 2018 Silverado. My dash cluster radio and ac all went black none of the controls work . Any ideas what it could be.?

Does it evenly boot into a loading screen after a few minutes.  Does your radio still work with the steering wheel controls?  Mine had an issue over the weekend and it sits at the dealer right now waiting for a new HMI module to be installed.

 

If your radio is working with the steering controls, you could try to pull the fuse and reset it, pull the negative battery cable, or even unplug and reinsert the HMI plus.  Or, since it’s an 2018, you may still be covered by the warranty.
