2001 gmc sierra

My pickup keeps showing low voltage bank 1 sensor1 . I replaced sensor but the light is still on. When I clear the code as long as I leave the scan tool connected the light doesn't come back on. any advice ?

check the connectors/wiring/etc. for that sensor?

 

If you google for the code that comes up, generally the description for that specific code will be a list of things to check, not just "replace X".

Your fuel mixture could be a little lean. I would check your fuel pressure

lean will not give a low voltage fault.  check wiring and connecter
