Dash lit up like Christmas tree after pressing 4hi button.

Yesterday I switched my 2006 Silverado 1500 into 4hi (push button) and then my abs light brake light anti theft and even my gas gauge went to empty and the display was saying service 4wd. I shut off the truck turned it on and they went out but after I drove for a little bit came back on and would actually shut the truck off. If anyone has any idea what's going on I would greatly appreciate it.
