Need Help

So the other weekend I upgraded all my outside lights to LED, The backs are the quick plug and play no problems, The front high and low beam got off amazon no problems, My issue is the running lights and turn signals, They are not the plug and play type they are the ballist type and I put the 1157 led amber in one side just to see and they both lit up running and turn signal and would not then let me use the turn signal, But as soon as I put the incandescent bulbs in it was they way it should be, I put the LED relay switch under the steering wheel column in the fuse spot, So my question it what am I missing why are the LEDS not working for my running and turn signals but all my other LEDS work I am getting stressed? Please help

 

My vehicle is a 1992 GMC Sierra SLE K1500 Extended cab

My guess for the turn signals, flasher needs replaced to a lower amp draw.

The stock flasher works with incandescent with a higher amp draw.

So the flasher is different than the LED Relay I put in?
