Crankshaft pulley wobble and squeaking

Hi. I bought a 99 Sierra Z71 last year. It has 285k miles on it. I have replaced water pump, radiator, belts, pitman arm, tie rods, shocks, tires.... safe to say that I have put a lot of work into this truck. This is after I had to have the transmission rebuilt a month after purchasing. After recently replacing the water pump, idler pulley(almost completely seized) and radiator, I noticed a lot of vibration that was not there before. Also a fair amount of squeaking when accelerating, not much at idle. I looked and noticed that the harmonic balancer/crankshaft pulley was wobbling significantly, so I replaced it. It wobbles only less now, and the vibration and squeaking are still present. I don’t want to throw in the towel on this truck after putting so much into it, but I am stumped as to what could be causing so much wobble to the pulley. It runs fine, but I’m afraid this is a sign of something more significant and want to take care of it before I have to replace the motor or something else that I cannot afford at this point. I did notice that when I was installing the new pulley, the install tool that I was using seemed to almost cross thread into place. If that makes sense. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
