I called them to place an order and make sure they had the parts in stock/what leadtime. Had to leave a message but they called back that afternoon and I read the guy the part numbers, he said he had the one on the shelf in stock, the other he would have to order due to it being special order but if i place the order online that afternoon (friday) he can get it by monday and was friendly the whole time as if you were standing at the parts counter yourself. So I quickly ordered it, got email back saying they got my order placed. Monday got a shipping notification and both parts showed up today Wednesday. Very easy to deal with with great prices and fair shipping. I would totally order from them again.
