2016 Chevy Silverado

I just installed a cam kit on my 2016 Chevy Silverado from Texas speed it’s a stage 2 

switch out lifter and cam and installed a phaser after 1st start up my check engine light went on , I got a couple of codes my timing was set dot to dot so I don’t know what’s the problem is this just because I need to tune it ? Or if I did something wrong truck turns right on and I also noticed my oil level kinda low so need help if all this is happing because I need to tune it or if I’m screwed
