wassup with this light?

Me again,

Have any of you got an idea as to what this light is? I never noticed it much until I installed new clear corner lens. I am baffled.

Those are the daytime running lights

The stock ones suck thats why you see a lot of em with one on and one burnt out

OK, I'm a dumb a$$.

Now I know.

 

You said the stockers suck. What would you recommend? I melted the socket on my car running hotter (higher wattage) bulbs so I'd rather not pull that move again.

I would not know what to reccomend I have never had to replace or had a problem with it on my 03

 

There are a few (actually a lot of people on here who have replaced them) . I would suggest making a post about it in the light duty 1500/2500 fourm

I changed mine to Amber they are silvania brand 4157nal.

Put some ambers in there. Just find some good ones that have amber colored glass. The painted ones over time the paint burns off.

Yeah, I just spent $200 at the Sylvania online store! Got nice bulbs for the hi, low, DRL and fogs.
