Type of tire?

Hey all,

 

I can get a good buy on a set of these tires. They are BF Goodrich Land Terrain.

 

anyone know about these tires? I have only found them at walmart, besides my friends tire shop in town.

 

any good/bad about them?

My buddy just put them on his Jeep. They look like a pretty nice tire to me..., and the price was great!!!

 

I think Walmart offered him a mount/balance/disposal/free balance/road hazard warranty for like $9.00 each.

Also check whether P or LT rated tire.

 

1500 okay to use P rated tire...if don't haul/tow heavy.

 

P rated means passenger car tire.

 

LT rated means light truck tire.

 

P rated tire used in LT application (hauling/towing heavy) must be DE-RATED min 9% of it's weight carrying capacity while kept at it's max pressure listed on sidewall.
