Hood won't Close properly (SVG)

I bought my 2010 GMC Sierra at Copart Reno, NV and I replaced all of the body panels on it but I am having some issues as the hood does not close right.

I don't think that the frame was bent but I know that I had to replace the hood and the fender.

The hood sits a quarter inch on one side of the panels while on the other side it is pushed (into the center of the car) around 7/16.

all of the body panels line up as expected except for the hood. All mechanics I have gone too wont help me.

What should I do?
