I've already posted a few times and thought I'd better get around to introducing myself. I own a GMC K1500 series 1990 Sierra 4x4 and I've got a big interest in off-roading up here in Western North Carolina where I just moved. I got referred to the forum by the guy who does my mods and talked me down from the eight inch lift idea. He's not on the GM forum cause he's all about the Fords but I don't hold that against him!

Anybody living close by know of any good places to get muddy or just wanna say hi throw me a line.

Welcome. I've been in NC almost 5 years and still don't know of a good place to get muddy. I've been tempted a few times to try out some construction sites around here but that might not be a good idea.

Yeah, this state is dumb. There is this place where a lot of people go, Uhwarrie or something like that. I have never been, but might go sometime. Mostly rocks there I think, but I'm sure there is mud too.
