can a nav unit be added to the 2020 Colorado with infotainment 3 plus Also can a Black Nerf Bars Running Boards be added with set of off-road rocker protection on my truck

The boards.  What does the truck have on it now?  If you have the GM Off Road rocker protection bars, you'd have to remove those to install a running board.

 

Nav.  GM does not offer an upgrade.  You have to go here: https://www.infotainment.com/collections/all/products/2019-2020-chevrolet-colorado-mylink-iou-gps-navigation-hd-radio-upgrade
