Air vent actuator

My 2012 GMC Sierra air flow won’t stay on front vents keeps switching from defrost vent and floor, all can find info on is a blend door actuator does anyone know if the actuator part is the same for both, I know there are 2 different ones?

There are four actuators and the one that controls where the air goes to is called the Mode Actuator and is located under the dash on the driver's side near the center.
