2015 Tahoe Gas Pedal Vibrations. Need Help!!!

My wife's tahoe has a vibration in the gas pedal that is doing it more and more now.  I never notice it or it hasnt happened when I drive it.  Has anyone discovered a fix for this? I see its a common problem but haven't seen a fix for it yet.  The tahoe also has adjustable pedals.

drive in tow haul mode and in 4th or 5th gear,  tell me if it improves.. 

also some pedals have flex to them, and might requires stiffening up or tightening the mounting screws

I will try that and also im going to check the cables under the car and make sure its not them.

anyone else have heard of this?  All i can find when googling about it is the "death wobble" but its not that.
