2018 power steps

I have a 2018 Sierra 1500 Denali. The passenger power steps just randomly comes down and goes full extended when the truck is parked. Took it to the dealer they said it could be from low voltage and recommend to replace battery. I replaced the battery and now it does it even more frequently. Please help. I have searched all over and can’t find anything.
