Keyfob won't unlock doors

I have a 2011 GMC 1500 SE with an aftermarket autostart (so I was told when I bought it).  Over the weekend, they fob stopped unlocking or locking the doors.  It just clicks in the engine bay, sounds like clicking under the fuse box.  The autostart works, but no doors.  I only have one fob.

 

I replaced the battery in the fob, checked the fuses and the locks work fine with the door buttons.

 

Any idea where to go from here?

try doing a fob relearn.  unsure of the procedure with that year

With the 2011 it has to be done at the dealership.  Just my luck.
