I have a 2017 Chevy silverado regular cab short bed z71, and I'm thinking about the eibach  springs and shocks on lowest setting to get a 2" lift in the front. Will it be 2" or 2.5" on lowest setting? Should I do the upper A arms, and will I need a differential drop?  I want to make sure I keep the angles  right so nothing will wear out.  I have read a lot of other forums and some say you need A arms, and some say differential drop. I wasn't sure what all I will need.  Any help is appreciated.  THANKS

I went with Bilstein 5100’s front and rear. You can achieve the leveled look but don’t ignore the rear. I replaced the stock 1 inch blocks above leaf springs with rough country 2 inch. Leveled isn’t really leveled. The ass end is gonna sag and looks terrible IMO.

I have about a little over 3in difference between front and back so was going to do a 2in front lift. I want to keep about an inch of rake if possible.

The front Bilsteins are adjustable up to 1 7/8-2 inches. Call Summitt Racing and talk with them. I ordered mine from them. You can still have a front rake with those shocks and you won’t have to mess with control arms or other parts getting worn.
