USB and Power outlets 2020 Elevation

I just purchased a 2020 Elevation with the diesel and off-road package.  After having the truck a few days, it is bothering me that it did not come with the center console USB, and bed/dash power outlet.

Do any of you know if the wiring connections are tucked away behind?  I would like to purchase the parts and install them.  If this is not possible, any ideas of how much the dealer would charge for the installation?

As for the wiring it should be there behind the panels. The USB is plug and play I believe. You just need to order that part or people are finding them on ebay. As for the bed/dash plug. You will have to buy the parts inverter and plugs. It's not plug and play and GM won't let the dealer install them or program them to work.

I took the cover off the center console where the USB would go, but I did not see any wiring to make the connection.  Would any of you know where this wiring is hidden or even better if there is a video.
