Truck sound is mute entirely... any thoughts?

So my 2020 HD Diesel Silverado goes mute when starting sometimes. By mute i mean, no phone, no radio, no sound from the turning signals, nothing. I have to turn off truck and turn it on again. Going to set an appointment on Monday being this is happening more often now. I noticed it at first a week after I got it, i got it in May 2020, but now its happening at least twice a week. The other thing I notice is the AC sometimes takes about 5 minutes to begin cooling. I've noticed, but may be a coincidence, that it happens when I don't start the truck for the first time until late in the day. Just FYI, the radio is on, the signals are flashing, all LEDs are on, but no sound. Any comments are appreciated.

Unplug everything from all of your USB ports when you shut the truck off and keep them unplugged  until after you start it. Give that a try

Mine did that this morning, only 1k miles.  Hope it isn’t recurring.
