I had my torque converter replaced and put in a CTS-V torque converter. It was done by a shop and I got my transmission re tuned for the new converter. Ever since I got it replaced whenever I come to a stop while driving idle fluctuates and when I press the pedal to continue driving engine revs up to about 1200-1500 rpms before it bucks and starts moving. What could this possibly be, my tuner said it could be converter spacing or shift linkage.

Are you using the Mobile 1 ATF fluid as per the TSB?
