Cluster programming

Hello

I have to programming new cluster for my silverado duramax  2017. I have a flood/water accident car here in Finland.

I have GM MDI programmer, I  do programming via SPS. Now I have to do programming via USB stick because clusters info displaydidint work without this programming.

Problem is salvage title, GM Techline didint tell me VCI code and I need it with USB programming.

Could you tell me how can I get that code?

Or do I have some other way?

Denali cluster, (https://www.whiteautoandmedia.com/product/denali-cluster-upgrade-retrofit-k2/) they didint ship to Finland and I have new silverado cluster : (

 

Chevrolet Silverado LTZ Crew Cab 4x4 Duramax 6.6 litre Diesel 2017

 

If someone have  to sell used cluster (lower mile than 25000 mile) and ship to Finland. I am interesting : )
