17 GMC 6.2 Whipple and a S&B Intake compatable?

hey guys, I have a 2017 GMC Sierra 6.2L. I ordered a Whipple supercharger for it. The whipple kit uses the stock intake box, with whipples intake tube. I also have a brand new S&B Intake kit for the truck that I am wondering if I could use the S&B intake box and filter instead of the stock box with the whipple tube? has anyone done this before? My brother and sister bought me it for my birthday and I so happened to order a supercharger for myself for my birthday! So i am trying to use the intake so I don't have to return it. Also would like to use it because I'm sure the S&B will flow better rather than using the stock intake box and filter. Thanks guys.
