 Anyone have ghosts in the 2020 my link ? 800 miles on 50,000 dollar truck and screen going blank , sometimes will not stop playing music , almost made me wreck when it went black then turned on brite at 5 this morning . Very disappointed . Will be taking to the dealership but wondering if this is going to be an ongoing problem . Just Dont want to regret trading my ram in . Too soon for this on a new truck .

There's a few threads on this is up in the Troubleshooting sub-forum.  I believe theres an update available for the infotainment system though
