Wiring door harness for tow mirrors on a 2014

So I recently acquired tow mirrors for my 2014 Sierra and my door harness does not have the turn the wiring for the turn signals, reverse/ cargo light, and running light. I am curious to know if I could just switch out the door harness itself with one that has those functions in the harness itself or if there is more to it? My truck was manufactured in 10 of 2013.
