2018 Silverado memory seat and power mirrors won’t work

Hey guys, I have a 2018 Silverado z71 LTZ and my controls for the memory seat as well as the power mirrors don’t work at all. They can’t be adjusted as well as my foot peddles. I tried adjusting it on the radio to see if there were off or any help there but it was all on and still nothing. I’m guessing it has something to do with either a fuse or the BCM but someone told me it was the Memory seat module? If it is that where is that located? Any help would do thanks

the module is under the driver seat, check the wires going to it to see if they are rubbed through or damaged by the set track
