I have an 18 Silverado that I’m about to lift. Has anyone lifted one with the manual transfer case? I spoke with Todd at CST and he wasn’t aware of any issues, but said that he hadn’t even seen one with it. Anyone done it?

  I am guessing that is good relatively speaking given that its probably a popular vacation spot and that usually means a captive market. Right now we are sitting at 1.73 a liter for regular and that would have ethanol in it as we don't have such a thing as no ethanol regular fuel it seems, and diesel at 1.80 a liter, priced in Canadian Pesos ......
