2020 Steering Noise

Royal Oak Hts NW.m4aI live in Calgary, Alberta. I have a new 2020 Chevy 2500hd High country. At 5000km they replaced the steering shaft. Now I have a rattle sound. At about 8sec left of recording you can here the chatter. Royal Oak Hts NW.m4a

While idle in a parking lot, do you feel any slop/feedback in your wheel if you do small turns left to right?

That higher frequency rattle is hydraulic noise.  The power steering cooler is rattling.  It gets worse at cold temps when the rubber isolation firms up.
