2003 Electrical problem

2003 z71 extended cab stepside bed.

 

Battery keeps draining over a month or so. I noticed tonight when the key was out door is shut, the battery light and highbeam headlight indicator are both lit very dim..

 

The dome light does not turn on when I open both doors, but I can operate it manually from the dimmer switch, while doing the dimmer switch I can see the highbeam indicator is still dim but brightens up and goes back down. The battery light is staying at the same dim state. I'm not sure which fuses to look for if there is a "cluster" fuse or something?

 

Anyone experienced this? Any help would be appreciate.

I've tried the parasitic draw test and the amo draw reads 0. I tried reading mV across the cluster fuse with no results. Coukd it be internal?
