Cheap Plastic between grill and bumper

Are there any aftermarket replacement products for that cheap ass piece of plastic that's between the bottom of the grill and the top of the bumper on the 2500 HD models? At sema I've seen a few people make it polished black so it looked a little more flush with the body of the car, but I'm looking for a different piece altogether. Something that stands a little more out and not sucking "in" beneath the grill.
