Anyone know what the white (plastic?) piece is called on the camber bolt/plate?  And what is the purpose?

I recently had an alignment done and they popped off the white piece on both the passenger and driver side to do the adjustment.

Sorry for the poor quality, I had to zoom.

It's just there to hold the cam plate to the frame during assembly. Has to be removed to perform alignment in the field. Our shop floor under our alignment machine is littered with them!
