I tried searching and could not find a definitive answer ... is it possible to find the right size o-ring to re-seal a Crankshaft Position Sensor (and perhaps the Camshaft Sensor) if it is leaking, or should I just plan to replace the whole part?

If I replace the part, does it need programming?

Mine is a 1999 Silverado LT 5.3. I was able to see that it IS leaking (there may be more leaks, but definitely is leaking through the CPS). About 225,000 miles or so.

Thank you!

Yeah, hit up the auto parts store and most should have a o-ring kit that you can pick through and find the right o-rings.
