No power trailer light fuses

I have a 2008 Silverado HD and no power to trailer light plug. When I checked fuses, the trailer light stop and right turn, stop and left turn and trailer backup fuses have no power to either side of fuse. I can't see any damaged wires and nothing has happened to truck.

Any ideas why?

  Is it just me or does it look like they raised the height of the back window; eliminating the minor fastback look to the cab? That fast back look was great... until you added a shell that couldn't follow the roofline very well.

  I wanted a fleet of green trucks for my business but green is fleeting in the order books. (Although every other manufacturer has beautiful greens right now) I started building out a fleet of Navy Blue work trucks thinking blue is a safe color that will always be around. GM then goes and eliminates Blue for everything except Denali and above. Why does GM hate color so much? Grey, grey, black, white, two reds and brown. WHERE'S THE GREEN?!?!?

  Notice the picture of the new 6.6L V-8? Looks like it has fuel rails on the side of the intake manufold. Either GM went back to port injection or it has dual port/direct.
