New Stereo Install Questions

I have a 2001 ChevyHD. I am looking into upgrading the stock head unit and speakers. I would like to put a multimedia type setup in it. A video screen and DVD. I have a standard cab. I would also like to add some bass.

What are some of the setups that you have used in your vehicles???

Trying to spend my christmas money early.

I'm pretty sure you can put in any of the A/V decks out there. I like the Kenwood one myself but I think most of the major head unit manufacturers make a deck with a screen on it and all of them are pretty good. For adding some bass, you can add 1 or 2 10" subs behind the seats. If you really want a lot of bass you can fit 2 Kicker Solobaric 10's with a custom built box. My buddy just did, but with only one Solobaric and it sounds awesome. As for a DVD player, I haven't really looked into those but I'm sure someone else on the forum could help you with it.
