I have a 2013 Silverado 1500 4wd. It does have a 3inch body lift. I bought New bumpers Vijay front and rear bumpers.  The front bumper came with mounting brackets that slide over the frame rails but leave a gap between the body and bumper.  Is there a aftermarket filler that can be purchased or will i have to modify the brackets to compensate for the gap?

No there isnt a piece.  Are you sure you got the right one? On their website for the upgraded version 917 and over they show you a view of their bumper, no gap at all.  On there cheapest one, they show the angle from below the bumper looking up, which makes me believe they are trying to hide something, maybe a gap. Either way there shouldnt be this sort of gap. birds and anything else can get in that.  Best guest is to contact Vijay and let them know whats going on, before trying to mod your brackets.
