2017 Chevy Tahoe screen black out

I have a 2017 Chevy Tahoe Im having issues with the stereo is black screen it only works with revers camera. It reads me codes U1549 Ive tried taking it in to dealer ship but all was said that its the same code they get as far as the diagnosis. They checked the stereo screen and told me that the stereo doesn't need to be change because it works. It really frustrates me not knowing what i can do I've already try to disconnect the battery but nothing works. Any ideas on were to check.. Please help
