CORSA Touring exhaust

Corsa is marketing an exhaust that is supposedly not as agressive sounding as their standard (now called sports) exhaust. They describe this as a "crisp" sound during throttling.

My little pea-brain cannot associate "crisp" with exhaust. I wonder if this means it is a tinny sounding, no rumble exhaust note? I like a crisp sound with my stereo. I just can't equate CRISP with exhaust.

Anyone have any ideas on this? I did a GOOGLE search and see that "crisp" is frequently used. Soooo, I'm not sure what this means.

A crisp sound is a little higher pitched, sports car sound. Not really a big-block deep volume bass rumble sound. Now, it isn't an import big coffee can exhaust sound. You still have a big engine pushing the exhaust.

A V-Twin Harley does not have a crisp sound but a V-Twin Ducati does.

Wonder if "crisp" might border on "raspy", but not tinny sounding? Good analogy with the Harley. That deep stacatto sound is what I like.

The Corsa exhausts that I have heard have all had what I would describe as an "exotic" sound, rather than a deep rumble. Kind of like the difference between a Z28 with Flowmasters (not at all exotic) and a V12 Ferrari (very exotic). I think they are referring to a more refined sound rather than deep, low, and loud.

Some websites may have sound clips of the different exhausts. I think Flowmaster does, as well as Tubi (not for trucks). You could do a search and see if someone has posted a sound bite.

Does Corsa sell loose mufflers? I really love their sound but the price is completly out of my price range (plus their exhuast tips are NASTY)
