B&B TriFlo has added many new systems to their GM truck line-up and they have also done something that you don't see to often. They have lowered the prices of many of these systems!

B&B incorporates 3-generations of fabrication skill and racing talent inherited from the Boat Family. B&B starts with T-304 stainless steel known throughout the industry as the highest quality material practical for automotive exhaust applications. All exhaust tubing is mandrel bent on sophisticated CNC machinery for precise fit and uninterrupted exhaust flow. What's more, the use of T-304 stainless steel flanges offers precision fit and complete resistance to harsh elements. All hangers, resonators and tips are T-304 stainless steel as well. Many systems are available for trucks powered by the 6.0 and 8.1 motors!

Besides lower pricing we are also offering free UPS ground shipping for all B&B exhausts that are ordered through Sunday evening (12/28).

Which one sounds better? Any chance you'd be willing to do some .wav files of what you've got, or maybe we could get the admin to do a section for sounds! That would be cool! Admin?

We don't have any sound files for the Corsa yet but you can hear two of the B&B systems in the 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 Truck Exhaust section of our site. I hope to have Corsa up soon.

I did some local research before putting my Borla (now magnaflow) catback on my Escalade, and Corsa sounds like the 496 Mag on my Cobalt. In other words, Corsa sounds like a boat that runs a through hull exhaust (w/mufflers) . Raspy sounding. However, because of the raspy sound, Corsa doesn't resonate at all in the cab. You can hear samples of Corsa on their website: Corsaperf.com

I tried a Corsa a while back but it was waaaay too raspy at even slight throttle for me. Indeed, it almost sounded like straights. Now then, they didn't have the "touring" edition, so I'm not certain how the two compare.

It's been so long since I've heard the chest beating thunder that my '82 454 used to have. It had dual exhaust w/pipes out both sides behind the back tires. It was really quiet when I was idling or just driving mellow around town but sounded like I was peeling the paint off of anybody I passed. Now I have this '02 2500HD RC/LB 4x4 and 496 and merely a whisper no matter where the throttle is. Is there any hope for me to find anything close to what I described for what I have?

I just installed a B&B TriFlow as purchased from TBYRNE.

Easy installation and definatly a quality system!

At first start up the truck now sounds like a big block inboard at start up. Very nice rumble that catches your attention. At idle, the exhaust is noticable but not loud-maybe a bit louder than stock with more rumble and less sowing machine sound.

From inside the cab, the exhaust is once again noticable and throaty, like a big block shoud be. However, there is NO droan at any rpm or power setting. When cruising you can hardly tell it's there.

When you get on the throttle, you can hear it but it's not overwhelming at all. I have a Volant intake installed and it's hard to hear the exhaust at full throttle over the Volant sound. Very pleasing!

Around town it sounds good, people look to see what's coming but it's not too loud or obnoxious.

Due to the weather in lovely upstate NY I did not run any power comparisons with the G-Tech. But the truck definatly has more throttle response and the computer is indicating a slight increase in fuel milage after 200 miles of driving.

I would recommend this exhaust to anyone who still wants to hear the radio but also want to show off their 8.1. My wife even likes it and she has always b**tched about my exhaust choices!
