Help with transfer case actuator

Hello I'm new to the forums so bare with me... 

I have a 2000 chevy silverado 2500hd

6.0 gas np246 transfer case 

 

I bought this truck a while back. Never had the issue of using 4wd until this month. 

 

My actuator was not working so I ordered a new one...

I ran into a few problems.. 

My original actuator was a 4pin. But someone cut the cables and added a two pin plug. The trucks original harness is a 2pin. 

 

The actuator i bought, is a two pin. But the problem is my shaft does not aline with my actuator in 2hi. 

I shifted the transfer case shaft to line up with my actuator. But that doesn't work because it stays on 4hi or 4lo...

 

Is there any way or a place where I can buy a 2pin plug, 6pin actuator? Or point me in the right direction? Thank you.!
