2000 Chevrolet c/k 2500

Having trouble with vehicle not wanting to go over 65mph,seems to  drop out of od.hooked up scanner and computer is displaying proper rpms and speed,but instrument cluster is displaying about 500 rpms higher than computer and 10 to 20 mph higher on speedometer.no codes.replaced tps,input and output speed sensors,all shift solenoids, catalytic converter,tires are factory size.also experiencing lack of power and acceleration.it has the 480le transmission.no shavings in pan when I changed fluid, existing fluid looked great and did not smell.have not checked wiring.did notice fluid is wicking through wires to pins on transmission wiring harness plug.
