Brake Pad Wear Reset problem

Recently had my brakes replaced under a Service Bulletin.  After they were replaced the dealer did not reset the wear monitor in the DIC.  I followed the online directions of gojng into the DIC after setting the pushbutton start for 5 seconds then going to brake % and holding the select on steering wheel for front and back.  To no avail it will not reset. Any tips anyone has on how to reset this?

same here. I cannot get it to reset. it does not reset like the manual says it should. 

I can select each sensor and turn off the monitor, but not reset it

i wonder if the computer will not allow the reset function until the remaining % gets below a certain point
